- 5-year-old: blocks, shape cards, tangrams or household odd-one-out.
- Agree four weekday slots of 60–75 minutes.
- Name this week’s free reasoning day for each child.
11-year-old — four sessions
- Session 1: 60–75 min. Baseline review + weakest battery. End with 5–8 harder stretch questions. Voice or WhatsApp note.
- Session 2: 60–75 min. About 70% weakest battery, 30% mixed. Light stretch (~10%). Note.
- Session 3: 60–75 min. Same mix. One short timed mini-section (10–12 min) on the weak battery. Note.
- Session 4: 60–75 min. Mixed review + a bit more stretch. Note.
Weekend: 30–45 min mixed review. Sunday (or another evening): parent sets Week 2 focus.
5-year-old — 2 or 3 short sessions
Physical first, then at most 15–20 min digital play. Praise effort. No formal scores this week.
